We are a family run Boxing, Kickboxing, and Mauy Thai gym in the Fort Myers area catering to enthusiasts of all levels. We aim to teach you professional grade technique and training without any of the negative stigmas that go with your typical combat gyms. We offer mainly “no contact” classes which focus on proper form, intense cardio, and overall fitness.
